This April we had major tire failure due to road junk.Our Mercedes has special tire and sizes so we started calling trying to find our tire no one other than Amarillo had this tire. We were going to Denver and back to Mississippi we’re going the rest of the way on a donut.The girls at Heiser Tire Service said they didn’t have the specific tire but would order one and would be there by 11:00 am. Next morning so we got a hotel room and at 9:00 am.they called and said to come on over and by 10:00 am we were on the road again,the shop and all the folks were super nice and we really appreciate the professionalism and the courtesy extended to us.Thank You Stan & Sherry Webb

Just wanted to say THANK YOU so much for your awesome customer service. I was traveling from Denver to Cleburne Texas to visit my family. I found myself with a tear on the stem valve that was causing a not so slow leak. When it became apparent that the tire would not hold air when I filled it up. I tried to swap to my spare, unfortunately.. new car and I didn't realize I only had a donut. That wouldn't have gotten me far. I started having trouble in the middle of the night, Saturday Night (Sunday Morning) and I had been waiting for AAA to find someone to tow me for HOURS. I was finally able to get a hold of Bob's Towing and he reached out to Heiser Tire's. Even though they were closed George/Jorge? was in the store in less than 5 minutes and had me back on the road in no time (and no flat!) I cannot tell you how much I appreciated these gentleman. They were friendly, trustworthy, efficient and affordable. You guys are awesome and I would recommend you to anyone!

Pulled into Dalhart the day after Thanksgiving with a flat trailer tire and a questionable spare tire. So happy this shop was open!! The customer service at the counter and all the guys on the shop floor were excellent. Shopped looked busy but they were able to quickly get to me, so we could get back on the road. Not only did they have the tires at the right price but the guys working on the camper trailer also inspected the third tire to make sure it was safe and properly inflated. Thank you for all your work.
